Looking for someone to share my studio space from now until Oct 1, 2023 when the lease renews. Located in Long Island City, Queens. The whole space is about 350sq feet. It’s a couple blocks from the Court Sq subway 7, E, M and G. About 10 minute walk to the F train at 21st Queensbridge station. Close to several breweries, restaurants, bars, PS1 Moma. Dyke Lumber is across the street. No sculpture or messy materials. It's a neat space that is L shaped. Two windows. One over looks the Manhattan. Fabulous light. 2nd floor. No elevator. I'm an artist. I work a day job so I will occasionally be there outside of those times. It doesn't matter to me your schedule. $700 includes utilities and wifi.
