Description

We are looking for a maintenance supervisor for a 83-unit multifamily residential project in Orange City, Florida. The right candidate will be experienced and able to perform a wide variety of general maintenance repairs and services including attending to tenant service requests and make-ready completions. You will ensure the grounds, maintenance and property are in superior condition. You will also coordinate and manage vendor and subcontractor projects within the community as well as ensure work is completed in accordance with all required compliance standards and applicable regulations.
