Thank you for cutting me off then stopping dead in front of me blocking the road on 98 in Gulf Breeze Proper...you obviously had an emergency to go to the market and block me as I was attempting to get to the hospital to see my mother before she passed away, unfortunately I did not, thanks to your actions.
