Young male rat, very friendly, likes interaction, being pet and played with. He is very smart. He was born blind in one eye but it doesn't stop him at all. I am hoping to find a situation with a family who will show him a lot of attention because he really wants it. Rehoming fee of $20 in hopes to ensure he continues to be a pet and not food.
