Title: Shop Hand - Modular Construction Shop Company Information: We build Linked Living TM Home Additions - Prefabricated modular home additions for seniors and those with special needs. Our mission is to bring families together with the use of this unique housing solution. We enable families to take care of their loved ones but also give them independent spaces to live. We have a 10,000 SF shop in Appleton, WI where the additions are produced. Job Type: Part time - This role has the potential to develop into full time depending on employee interests and company needs. Pay: $17-$25/HR Job Description/Skills & Qualifications : General shop upkeep (maintenance, cleaning of shop and equipment, improvement projects) Receiving materials and material put away (will need to drive forklift) Returning unused construction materials to suppliers Disposal of job waste using dump trailer Material pick up/drop off as needed - to shop or construction site Tool repair (if the candidate has the skills necessary) Assistance to production team as needed Other duties as assigned Work indoors in climate control Culture of respect and appreciation for employees Must have drivers license Schedule: We are flexible on days and times, but expect there will be about 20 hours of work weekly to be completed.
