Wanted skilled maintenance person for high grade apartments & commercial buildings in desirable areas in Rhode Island. Responsibilities: - light electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair skills - work order management & scheduling - unit turnovers - heating; including gas steam heat, baseboard, forced hot air systems - cooling; central air, window units - painting & drywall repair - basic carpentry - general grounds upkeep - on-call emergency maintenance issues if applicable - snow-plowing during the winter season Benefits: - Medical insurance - Dental insurance - 2 weeks vacation - Major holidays - Competitive pay based on experience Applicant must be professional in all aspects of maintenance, and be able to prepare vacant apartments to market-ready conditions.
