Providing the Board training! Helping Organize the knowledge! The Community Board Training is open to any Organization in the community that wants to learn and grow from their core. The Board is an essential part of the organization's success and should undergo yearly training/refresher classes to continue doing the best they can for the organization. The Community Board Training will cover the following topics: Importance of Board Members/ Roles Board Member Responsibilities/Contributions Recruitment options Importance of Bylaws In addition to the above topics, attendees will engage in a small activity of creating a Board Book/Manual for the Organization. Refreshments will be available. Social distance rules will be enforced and seats are limited. So bring your masks and get ready to learn!
