Nese features 240 market rate walk-up apartment homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom units in 10 different three-story building. Amenities include a pool, grilling stations, fitness center, resident lounge, Amazon Hub, and dog wash. Key Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Polices grounds as first task daily and throughout day, as needed - Completes grounds work as needed - Plants, prunes, weeds, seeds or removes foliage, shrubs, trees or grasses or other grounds work - Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready. - Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable). - Operates various mechanical or electrical equipment or garden tools - Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent - English proficiency – both written and verbal - Valid Driver’s License preferred - Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations - Ability to operate a two-axle motor vehicle - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to operate all necessary tools to perform the essential functions of the position - Experience and working knowledge of OSHA and other environmental safety standards - Ability to perform a variety of duties in all types of weather Benefits Details: - Health, Vision, & Dental insurance - HSA account with employer match of $250/FSA for dependent care - Short-Term Disability - Company Paid Long-Term leave - Disability and Life Insurance - 401K Match - 4 weeks accrued PTO - 11 Paid Holidays - 30% discounts on apartments - Tuition/Certification Reimbursement - Wellness Bucks Program - Wellness Program and Competitions - Paid Maternity & Paternity Benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Pet insurance - More!
