That’s the thing about being in a cult. You don’t ever think of your peer group as “a cult”, until you begin associating with peoples NOT in your peer group. If you were to actually try to be empathetic with anyone else, you might change your viewpoint. There must be some event that causes you to re-evaluate your perspective. For a lot of people it was the knock on the door from Federal Agencies arresting them for criminal acts. And they just thought they were being patriotic and rescuing their super-racist-hero! Do you think all their recantations of conspiracy beliefs is sincere? Probably not or you wouldn’t still be advocating for fascism in America, Florida in particular. A myriad of things have temporarily allowed ignorant Floridians and the legislators to support a wannabe dictator. The courts and the return of common sense, after more indictments of conspirators, will take us back to reality. But, it’ll take 2 elections and a bunch of incarcerations! Some of you will never return because you choose not to.
