I have an Airbnb in Rhinebeck but don't live nearby. With my experience in running Airbnbs there are on occasion people who book to try and throw a party. I would need someone local to go to the property when this happens to make sure all guests leave. I'd notify you when this happens and have the reservation cancelled before you arrive.
