Need to rehome chip tomrrow

We have a wonderful dog named chipped my brother is moving and he can not take him with him. He is about 40/50 pounds/// we feed him 3 times a day and he won’t gain weight he has been to the vet when we had him and they said he wasn’t sick but where he is super active dog he is skinny (which is how he was when we got him from a woman) He is ok with kids (but don’t like a lot of running and craziness) he does need to be walked on a leash 3-6 times a day or more he goes to the door to tells you he needs to go and of course anytime he eats/ drinks he will need to go out. If he gets lose he may not come back don’t know… he is microchipped I’ll let a letter stating we switched owners and you will have to do to pound and get chipped info switched to your info. We was looking to rehome of 30$ but will let go free but ONLY TO A TRULY FOOD HOME!!! Message for pics he is a mountain line Ridge back
