Compensation: $1,600-$2,000 per month Employment type: part-time Our Company is looking to fill the role of a Commercial Cleaner. This position must be filled immediately. The schedule is Monday to Friday for the night shift. The assigned route will operate in two medical facilities located on Mills Ave, Orlando, FL. If you’re interested in this position, please reply with your full name, best contact number, and current resume. • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures. • Dust and sanitize desktops, computers, and telephones. • Thoroughly clean and stock all restrooms. • Clean the interior and exterior of all toilets. • Sweep and mop all floor surfaces throughout the facility. • Vacuum all carpet and ensure the vacuum is emptied of debris for proper operation. • Maintain a clean break room, including mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing chairs and tabletops, cleaning countertops and sinks, cleaning interior and exterior of microwave, cleaning coffee maker, cleaning refrigerator, and wipe down all walls. • Empty all trashcans and remove all trash bags from the facilities and dispose into outside dumpster. • Maintain an organized area in the janitorial closet with all Company cleaning supplies and equipment. • Ability to walk, stand, and bend for several hours at a time. • Will be required to use repetitive motion with your arms. • Must be able to communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to provide proof of residence, which includes valid driver's license and valid Social Security Card. You must also pass a background check as required.
