Join Leslie (Yo Soy Candle) and Weina (Poppy & Finch) for this very special NYE workshop experience! We will begin at The Candle Creation Bar where you will get to choose form 20 different aromas and be guided through an intentional and empowering experience of creating your own magical scent. pouring your own candle, remembering 2022 and setting some intentions for the New Year ahead! Each participant will receive a 16oz tumbler vessel for their handmade candle. Next, you will be guided in making your very own PNW conifer smudge featuring Western Red Cedar. Ground and relax with a brief meditation and journaling before we make our Smudge sticks. Western Red Cedar has been and still is the most important tree to indigenous people. For them, it really was the “tree of life.” The foliage has a sweet chamomile or tansy odor when crushed and great for respiratory relief. Add rose quartz ($5 upgrade) for heart opening, increasing self-love, friendship, healing, and inner peace—establishing greater compassion, trust, and harmony in oneself and relationships.
