Local Builder is currently seeking an Offsite Residential Maintenance Superintendent / Maintenance Manager for a BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION property. Primary responsibilities will include general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs within units and building common areas, manage/oversee the day-to-day work of the maintenance team, work together with other management personnel and respond to service requests of the residents. *Qualified applicants must live within a 25 minute drive of the property for emergency purposes. This is not currently a live-on opportunity. Requirements: 3+ years of residential maintenance experience Previous staff supervisory experience Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and carpentry repair Hands-on/Team player willing to complete work orders, is a must Reliable, organized, strong communication skills, ability to work independently Extreme professionalism and customer service orientation Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & tools Work Authorization: United States (Required)
