I see you, and I'm right there with you. I know how exhausting it is to run a business or be self employed. I also know that you have a lot of work you'd prefer to hire out for, but can't afford to. Instead, you're gonna try wearing all of those friggin hats! But that's why I'm here. I also wear those hats, and I have experience in several areas of marketing that can help you feel more confident, waste less time, and get back to what you love to do. Read the descriptions below for each of the workshop themes. Offered monthly, alternating between Morning & Evening. Defining your Business & Finding Your Audience Before you can start advertising and sharing content for your business, you need to know who you are. What do you stand for? Why did you quit your day job to start this business? Who are you trying to help? Knowing what you and your business stand for will help you find ways to connect with your audience and those you want to help. Marketing, Partnerships, & Outreach Marketing, networking, outreach, it's not just you out there. What organizations and people can you partner with to help your business succeed? How can you get in front of your target audience? How can you be there to offer your services/product when people need it most? Let's brainstorm together and work out ways to meet your clients & customers needs when they need them. Branding & Advertising You may be intimidated by branding & graphic design, but I'm here to teach you the basic design principles and make your life so much easier. Stop wasting your time reinventing the wheel and learn ways to be more effective with your promotional content. We'll start by reviewing your existing branding material & figuring out how to turn that into an easy to use branding cheat sheet that we'll design together in Canva. Logo & some branding is required. If you need assistance with creating a logo, let me know and I can help you create one or connect you with resources. Website Diagnostic & Tune-Up Existing website required. Don't have. website? Let me know and I can help you design one or connect you with resources. Description: Are you getting the most out of your website? In this workshop we'll review everyone's website and find any easy areas you could improve touch points with potential customers. Find low hanging fruit to make it easier for customers to get in contact with you, or learn more about your business. We'll also cover SEO and website best practices. So you hate Social Media? It's okay, I won't tell anyone. And you're not alone. But you might be missing out on a great tool to connect with your customers & help the people you set out to serve when you started your business in the first place. Social media is great for advertising, but it's best at turning a business into a individual that customers & communities can connect with. Find ways to make social media your bitch, not the other way around, and turn it into something you find rewarding and enjoy putting time into. If social media really isn't your jam, consider sending one of your employees to this class to help get you started. :) Open Forum This theme is more like a business marketing support group. You'll fill out a questionnaire when you sign up for the class, I'll read through your answers and develop a lesson plan based on what your needs are. Every open forum is different. I'll open the floor to questions and allow other participants to speak and offer advice.
