5:30 pm: Cooking Class in the main kitchen Dinner afterwards with local wine representative Wow guests by learning how to fashion a bright spring menu and make the dishes with an informative and interactive class taught by Chef Josh Elliot. Afterwards, enjoy your results with a light meal and wine! The dinner will also feature a special local wine representative with their favorite wines. Stay tuned for more details to come!
