The class will being with movement, a 30-minute all levels flow, leading into a 15 minute guided meditation. The intention for the class is to slow down during the busy holiday season and finding joy in motion. Expereince lululemon Studio and the brand new lululemon Houston Galleria store! Yoga Mats will be provided. Bring water, towels, and yourself.
