Whether you're an avid football fan or devoted foodie, the Alamo Bowl Watch Party at Ambler Texas Kitchen + Cocktails is your chance to celebrate with friends and family. This event is complimentary and open to the public. Guests are invited to come before the game to enjoy bites and craft cocktails. A jumbotron located in the atrium by the Ambler bar will play the game. Live music by The Chris Cuevas Project will take place in the atrium from 5 pm to 8 pm. Washington fans can enjoy the Purple Reign - the Botanist Islay Gin, Citrus, Honey, Lavender; while Texas fans can sip on the Burnt Orange Old Fashioned - Casamigos Reposado Tequila, Dos Hombres Espadin Mezcal, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Bitters. Beer specials will also be available. Game Day Menu Texas Style Guac & Queso - warm tortilla chips, salsa quemada; Ambler Signature Nachos - smoked Akaushi brisket, queso blanco, pickled serrano chile, black beans, slaw, avocado, pico, Rebecca Creek bourbon BBQ; Loaded House Cut Fries - smoked Akaushi brisket, smoked cheddar queso, grilled scallions, spiked crema, sunny up farm egg; Ambler Sliders - choice of chicken fried steak or chicken, peppered crema, tabasco remoulade, pickled slaw, buttered brioche; The Ambler Burger - Texas Akaushi blend, house pickles, smoked cheddar, Klein smokehaus bacon, lettuce, pickled bermuda onions, buttered brioche.
