This is a Property Management Company. We are looking for a Maintenance Helper. Job involves helping another worker do Maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, loading trash in dump trailer, plumbing, electrical, and much more. Must be able to drive. Must have smart phone. Must have good communication skills. Sometimes you will help make phone calls on long drives. We have properties all around Florida. We return back to Orlando everyday. Looking for serious people. Payday is every Tuesday. Must have a bank account for Direct Deposit.
