Seeking groundkeeper/facility maintenance to upkeep & repair property. Three group homes on property, rolling lawns, private drive, and surrounding forest areas. The pay rate for a groundskeeper is $15.00/hour Opportunity located at: Laurel Hill Cluster 2011 Laurel Cluster Ct Orlando, FL 32818 FACILITY GROUNDSKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES - Ability to operate various types of power equipment including lawnmowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment. - Mows lawns, trims weeds, and rakes leaves - Prepares soil and plants flowers, bushes, hedges, or shrubs - Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors, installing toilet, etc. - Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities - Perform basic mechanical tasks. Examples may include changing lawnmower blade, fixing AC unit, installing ceiling fan, etc. FACILITY GROUNDSKEEPER QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma/GED (physical copy required) * - Valid unrestricted Florida driver's license - Be able to pass a level two background check - Be able to pass a drug screening - Able to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship - Read, write, and understand directions in English - Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
