On the first day of 2023, come out to Heather's Gym in Libertyville for a very special EMPOWERING class! You will write one thing you will let go of on a board and then break the board in two! This class is a combination of Zen mode meets Beast mode - intention setting, short bursts of cardio, heavy slow strength, and stretchy yoga. Release whatever is holding you back and you will leave this experience feeling mentally stronger than you thought possible. This special event is 60 minutes and will kick off the NEW class for January, EMPOWER HOUR! Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. This class is done barefoot.
