Join us! Wednesday, January 18th we are hosting a Tasting Dinner featuring the culinary creations of Pavilion Executive Chef, Jonathan Hudak. The dinner will be paired with a selection of Spanish wines to accompany the meal. Come join us for Pickering's first Barn Dinner of 2023! Ticket price includes tasting dinner, wine pairings, 8.5% NH Rooms and Meals and 20% gratuity. Doors open at 5:30 / Dinner: 6:30 - 8:30 DINNER MENU: Grilled Spanish Octopus Chickpea, chorizo, piquillo pepper Albondigas pork meatballs, olives, manchego, spicy tomato sauce Serrano Wrapped Saddle of Rabbit Butternut squash, bacon-onion jus, grilled scallion Crema Catalana Orange-cardamom shortbread Ticket prices include a 20% Staff Service Fee and the 8.5% NH Room and Beverage tax.
