Join us at The Fieldhouse at the Crossover for the final stop of our first ever Earn Your EIGHT fitness series, brought to you by EIGHT and Jennifer Jacobs. We will be touring the great state of Texas, hosting fitness classes followed by EIGHT happy hours!
This is your chance to work out with athlete and motivator, Jennifer Jacobs, creator of J Method Fitness. We'll start with a 15 minute stretch and mediation session, followed by a 30 minute mat based, HIIT style workout.
The class will be $10 per person and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to our charity partner, Back On My Feet.
This class will be equipment free and great for all guests of all fitness levels. Please BYOM (bring your own mat) and come prepared to sweat! Event overview below:
