Get ready for HIIT Jan. 11 and Zumba Jan. 12 to burn body fat, increase strength, maintain a healthy heart while having fun doing so. With the final evening being Yoga Jan. 13 to stabilize your muscles that help protect you while improving strength, balance and flexibility.
All classes are beginner friendly and suited for all ages.
