3.5 month old puppy vaccinated, neutered, potty trained

Cop is the best puppy ever, he is loving, comes when called, 100 % potty and kennel trained (seriously he won't have ANY accidents and he can hold it all night while he sleeps, he will bark/whimper to let you know he needs to go out or go to the back door). He's neutered, vaccinated for parvo and everything except rabies (was too young last appointment), been given a flea/tick preventative. He loves other dogs. The reason for rehoming is he thinks my white cats are bunnies and he wants to hunt them. I have a black and grey cat, and he completely ignores them and is chill around them. I've worked with him trying to get him to accept the white cats and he can't get past thinking they are prey and I just can't risk them as I've had them a lot longer. Asking $500 but willing to negotiate for the right home. Would love him to go to a home with a big yard. Hasnt been around kids but would probably do great, he doesn't jump, he sits, he loves belly rubs. Think is honestly breaking my heart and I've worked with my friend who is a dog trainer and it didn't help. So no white cats or maybe no cats at all.
