Here’s a quick overview of the Leaders’ Roundtable and why we now have two: Six times each year StrongLead and Catawba Valley Leadership Foundation host a Leaders' Roundtable. These events bring together leaders in our area for 90-minutes of topic-based learning, a quick-hit of encouragement, and the opportunity to connect with others. The success of these events in the past has led us to create a Leaders' Roundtable in Caldwell County and Catawba County, in addition to one in Burke County. The three separate meetings will be based on the same content but will allow us to invest in a larger number of leaders in our area. This also allows you to choose a date and location that works best for you! You are welcome to attend any roundtable event so long as there are available seats. January Topic: Priorities and Progress Too few leaders set clear priorities for their team (or for themselves). Setting priorities is a must, but it’s also not enough. You need a system for turning priorities into progress. In other words, a reliable way to make sure you get things done in alignment with your priorities and goals. In this month’s Leaders Roundtable, we’ll work hard identifying priorities and helping you develop a system that increases the likelihood that your priorities fuel your progress in 2023. Space is limited to 20 people.
