Looking for a highly skilled and experienced handyman or a team of two. You'd be responsible to maintain and renovate rental properties located in North Palm Beach County. We need to be able to verify your previous work. We provide a lot of work and expect bulk prices, no need submitting to us estimates as to a regular consumer. We do not have luxury properties, we do not need a GC, we understand that the construction is slowing down and we need a reasonably priced person. We are easy to work with, but we require a clean and good job.
EXAMPLE: We budget $2,500-3,500 for labor to renovate a bathroom, we do not have budgets of $10,000-$20,000 per bathroom. Interior painting labor $1.50 per sq.ft. If you can do a quality work with this budget please apply.
