Building Partners of South Florida is looking for a qualified Construction Superintendent to join our team. Candidate must have experience in the construction industry. Must be able to manage projects and project trades, including timelines, deadlines, schedules, deadlines in order for projects to be completed successfully. Also, candidate must be able to do minor repair, use tools, be organized, able to do some lifting, and do purchases for trades. Must be self-motivated, willing to learn, have reliable transportation, and pay attention to detail and be organized. Interpersonal communication skills are a plus due to daily interaction with subcontractors, inspectors, clients, condo management personnel. there will be occasional site clean ups, debris removals and disposals etc. schedules may very and must be able to work on nights and weekends occasionally. must be able to provide firm references. please send in name, contact number, and a short resume of your experience.
