Property Management company looking for a Maintenance Person/ Handyman to Maintain, repair and diagnose issues in our properties. All properties are located throughout Broward County. Not required to be an expert in the following fields are preferred: - Drywall – installing, plastering, patching, sanding, etc. - Painting – plaster, stucco, siding, parking lots, etc. - Basic Plumbing - toilets, vanity, sinks, water heater, shower valve, faucets, etc. - Electrical - Light fixtures, outlets, breaker panels, etc - Carpentry - Molding, baseboards, doors, fencing - Roofing – general roofing repairs, resealing, etc. - Pressure cleaning Must have: - Valid Driver's License - Reliable transportation - Communication Skills Please email us to schedule an interview
