This multi-hour session led by our very own "Farm Boss" Joshua Anderson will cover all the chopping, cutting, slicing, and grinding basics you'll need to know to be confident in your own future butchering projects.
This Whole Hawg course teaches the fundamentals of butchering an entire pig and how to make steaks, chops, specialty cuts, and sausages.
Attendees will enjoy a light lunch and take home an offering from their handiwork.
Closed-toe shoes are required.
