We are looking for a dependable Handyman that can complete various remodeling and maintenance tasks on our properties. Remodeling job duties include painting, hanging drywall, and installing floors and windows. Your maintenance responsibilities involve solving basic electrical and plumbing issues, as well as ensuring interior and exterior structural components are safe and in good condition, such as siding and sidewalks. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, and you should be proficient with hand and power tools. Previous experience working as an electrician or in carpentry is a plus, especially if you have a contractor or journeyman license. Handyman Duties and Responsibilities Update drywall and paint as needed Help with tile or flooring installation Assist with trim carpentry or exterior siding Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance Alert management and tenants to scheduled maintenance or remodeling Handyman Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate preferred Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
