We are a growing national property management company seeking an experienced Full-time Maintenance/Rehab Technician for our community in (Park at Veneto) Fort Myers, FL. As a Rehab Technician you will work with the Resident Service Director and other direct or indirect members to ensure the highest quality product is available for our future and current tenants.
* Must have 1-year experience in an Apartment Community setting.
* Must have Electrical experience
* Plumbing knowledge
* Light Construction skills
* Experience with drywall installation and repair
* Able to install exterior fixtures and finishes
* Experienced installing interior items fans, blinds, and other renovation items for apartment units.
* Light painting may be required
* Will ensure quality finish of final units
* Will manage a clean and safe work area.
* Must communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
* HVAC certification a must
* Other duties as required
