Being a solo cleaner is a lot of work. Physically, then mentally after hours. Cleaning up your equipment/supplies, then doing all your customer service, follow ups, posts for new jobs etc. Cooper Cleans RTP offers to take that extra work and stress away. A lot of cleaners are also forced to answer the phone or text messages while they are working. Clients will skip over you if your response time is too long. When houses are relying on you, this interrupts family time, free time, and the idea of time off is just surrounded by anxiety. Some clients will drop you just for taking a day off for a doctor's appointment! Being a provider for Cooper Cleans RTP takes all of that stress away. We're looking for cleaners throughout the Greater Triangle Area who are dedicated to providing premier house cleaning services. Pay is $40/hr to start, with opportunity for increases based on good customer reviews. You'd be working as an independent contractor, we send you jobs based on your service area and availability. Work where and when you want to. All you need to have is: - Authorization to work in the US - 1 year + professional house cleaning experience (deep clean, move-in/out, post-construction, Airbnb, or hotel/office). - Your own cleaning supplies. - Effective communication through email and phone. - Reliable form of transportation around Central North Carolina Our team at Cooper Cleans believes that having a clean home is having a sacred place.
