Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge and skill in the use of hand and electrical tools such as grinders, drill motors Knowledge and skill in the use of electrical reading and testing equipment, hoisting, and rigging equipment, chain tackles, etc. Physical Requirements- Must be able to climb, crawl, stoop, climb ladders, and walk beams Must be able to lift and carry tools and materials weighing more than 50 pounds and be able to raise and carry with assistance items weighing 200 pounds Must be able to work from high ladders and scaffolding Must be able to work safely near moving and working equipment Skills Mechanical/Technical Listening Interpersonal Skills Communication Skills Analytical Loyal: Shows firm and constant support to a cause Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Growth Opportunities: Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility
