Dog in need of rehoming

Maisey is a 1 1/2 year old Border Collie/German Shepherd/ Norwegian Elkhound mix. She is roughly 40 pounds of solid muscle. Unfortunately, my circumstances have changed and I can no longer provide the home she deserves and I’m worried about her safety with my other dog. She is very sweet but has a lot of energy and would not make a great pet for a family with small children. She would do well with someone who understands dogs well and could give her some individualized training as well as quality physical and mental exercise. She does have some anxiety, but it is greatly reduced with an inexpensive prescription medication. She is spayed and up to date on all of her shots. To be considered, individuals who are interested will be asked to describe their lifestyle and housing situation. I would like to find a new home for her that will be her forever home and it breaks my heart that it is not a good fit for her here.
