Need a sewer line inspection and dryer vent cleaning

Need someone (or two different people) with experience and their own tools for two jobs. First, need a sewer line inspection, but it needs to be via toilet. (No access to sewer clean out pipe.) You need to be able to reach and inspect the full sewer line from first floor toilet. And then put the toilet back exactly as it was flush/stable with floor with no gaps or rocking. For this job, our maximum budget is $150. And second, we need a dryer vent cleaning. Someone with the tools to get from the basement pipe opening to the exit of the house. It has some turns inside the wall so it accumulates quickly and sometimes will form damp clumps of dryer fuzz which gets stuck. For this job, our maximum budget is $100.
