Hello and thank you for considering our job posting! We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time janitorial cleaner. As a small local business, we have been providing janitorial services for over 3 years and value teamwork and a positive work environment. The janitorial cleaning position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and prefers to complete tasks during the night shift close to campus. The pay for this role ranges from $17.50 to $18 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase based on performance and experience. For those who prefer to work on a per account basis, there is potential to earn up to $20 to $30 per hour once efficiency is achieved. Your responsibilities will include wet mopping floors, dry mopping/sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and wiping surfaces, spot sweeping, taking out the trash, and cleaning bathroom facilities. It is important that you are able to complete these tasks with minimal supervision and are open to receiving constructive feedback. To be considered for this position, you must have reliable transportation to and from job sites, be able to work independently, and have a flexible schedule. We require all employees to be reliable, with no unexcused absences within the first 30 days.
