Whatever you do don't ever go to this place!!! Stockton Pet Hospital 1234 South Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood Colorado 80232 They are 1000% Rip Off Artists. I'm a senior citizen living on $1,027.00 a month and they know it. I started going there years ago and was living on $850.00 S.S.I. Two or three years ago I received a notice in the mail saying that my cat needed his booster shots. I was very low on money so I called and explained it and asked how much it would cost. I was told $39.00 so I made an appointment and took him in. When it was time to go, I received a bill for $240.00. I argued but they said it was more because of an exam and some other BULLSHIT. I kept going because they were close and knew him and had all of his records. I took him in today for an exam on his toe on his back foot and had to leave him there for 5 hours before they even looked at him. The Bottom line is that I told them not to do anything before calling me with the cost. I finally received a call after the 5 hours and was quoted a total price of $497.00 which was about $350.00 too high, but I gave the go ahead since he was already there, and it was getting late. I received a call around 5:30 saying that I could come and get him, so I arrived at 5:45 15 minutes before they closed. I was handed a bill for $594.26 which was $100.00 higher than I was told. I became angry and argued with them and I had only brought the $500.00 that I was quoted but they wouldn't release him. They made me apply for some credit with some ungodly high interest rate. The lady behind the desk said that it was higher because the wound was worse than expected. BULLSHIT it was a small infection between his middle toes on his back foot they just wanted to RIP ME OFF and I'm sure that I'm not the only one. If you're Rich and don't mind being RIPPED off, go ahead and give them your business but for the rest of you STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THAT PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!
