Missing Cat!!! My daughter's was last seen on Thursday December 8th in the area of E 7th Street & Blue Ridge. Chloe is almost 1 y/o, but smaller than most cats. She has all black fur, yellow eyes, and a dark blue collar with a small silver star charm hanging from it. If you have seen her anywhere PLEASE let me know!!!
