Custom Furniture Builder Needed

I am hiring a furniture builder to build a fish tank stand. You must have or work for an LLC or business, and have experience building a sturdy frame able to hold 1500 lbs +. I recently had a flood and the following items were submerged in 2" of water. The fish tank base (and matching top) is the only piece that needs to be entirely custom built. This is because the acrylic tank is an odd size and I cannot buy a new stand that will fit it. I also need your professional opinion about the integrity of the wood on the base of the fish tank. Please give your opinion of the integrity of the legs of a wingback chair, sofa, and two dressers that were also submerged, but you do not need to build them.
