Can I sue the cigarette or the tobacco companies because I got cancer? Can I sue the fast food restraunts because I gained weight from eating at there establishment? Can I sue my next door neighbor because he did not do a great job in shoveling and while walking on his side walk I fell? Can I sue the city because they fail to maintain city owned property which lowers the price of my home? Can I sue the city because they fail to make my neighborhood safe to walk at night? Can I sue my financial advisor because they failed to make me money on my investment? Can I sue the government for failing to prosecute the person who shoplifted and stole from my business? Can i sue the churches on Bailey Ave and Fillmore Ave for never having services? Maybe they are using it to not pay taxes? Can I sue city hall for refusing me to enter because I smell? Can I sue my oldest daughter who does not live with me because she stle from me and no one will do anything? Can I sue the city because they failed to plow my street in a timely manner and resulted me from getting to the hospital for my treatments? Just wondering. - I sure could use some legal advise
