Drummer 60 looking for something original, with non-typical covers... Leaning toward folky, country, bluegrass, w/a touch a blues and southern rock twang. I've recently discovered Blackberry smoke, and Tyler Childers, and hope to find people who may be interested in these styles for starters. Would be cool to have an age mix so any inspiring younger talent, or someone who's interested in dusting off their lap steel slide, banjo, fiddle or stand-up base etc. Playing out is secondary to forming a good mix of people rehearsing (1-2 x’s month) and putting together a set of tunes for occasional parties, perhaps an occasional gig. My space at the present time to rehearse is not very feasible so willing to lug some equipment around within reasonable distance from Fitchburg area north central MA/southern Central NH.
