I have an amazing little Spaniel Mix. We do not know what he is mixed with. He is about a year old. LOVES Being outside. I can't stress that enough. He loves being outside, chasing cars, animals, yapping and letting everyone know that this is his turf and he will protect it. LOL We love it. (fenced front and back yard of course) We are looking for a person who has a big yard or farm. He literally lives for patrolling the yard day and night. He is house trained and has never had one accident on our home. As far as other animals are concerned, it's a toss up. He plays with the next door neighbors dogs in their backyard. They are all girl dogs. But when dogs walk by the fence, he seems a tad mean to them..lol. He also caught a baby possum and brought it to the porch to play with it. We saved it of course. He loves his toys He LOVES the water. He jumped in the river on several occasions unexpectedly. He is mischievous and will steal anything that isn't tied down and hide it in the yard. He needs a playmate, room to run and more training with other dogs and children. He is obsessed with birds. He tries to climb the tree to get to them. He would do well hunting. His only interaction with kids has been the ones that walk by. I allow them to pet but he is too rough for the littles. He jumps and doesn't seem to realize that they are smaller. Lastly, he talks back, throws tantrums and lays out when he doesn't get his way at times. Hilarious but so bad. There is no rehoming fee for the right candidate. We have major issues going on in my home BUT we will NOT just give him to anybody. Any farmers/homesteaders/hunters need a good buddy to walk the woods with?
