I found him outside no one claimed he was theirs in my neighborhood. he warmed up pretty quick to me and is very sweet but can be a little feisty I just can’t keep him. He doesn’t appear to be fixed and I’m not sure about him having shots. Whoever had him didn’t take good care of him, so I do have a rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home.
