These dogs have been suffering for years because the humane society won't grow a backbone and take them. They currently have NO WATER AND NO FOOD and their tiny kennels are filled with feces. THIS IS ILLEGAL. It is currently 21 degrees outside and they have no adequate shelter (unless the humane agents are considering a dog house with the same temp of 21 degrees as "adequate"). Their owner lives at 630 Miami Chapel. His name is William Oglesby. This is public information.
