Our company is looking for a Lead Plumber to join our team. All applicants must live in Plant City, FL, or in a nearby location like Zephyrhills, Brandon Wesley Chapel, Dade City, Seffner, or Mango. Plumber Job Summary: Our Plumbers install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems at residential and commercial properties. Our plumbers inspect drainage and other plumbing systems to ensure that they are in compliance with local and national regulations. Responsibilities & Duties: -Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, or caulking. -Use hand or power tools to install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers, and fixtures such as sinks. -Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks. -Installs, maintains, and repairs pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential and commercial structures. -Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations. -Directs helpers to engage in pipe cutting, preassembly, or installation of plumbing systems or components. -Keep records of work assignments. Qualifications & Skills: -3+ years of lead plumbing experience -Valid Drivers License -Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds -Able to work independently or as an active member of a team -Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management Benefits: -Full benefits package including retirement assistance -Monthly bonus incentive! -Successful employees will receive a company vehicle -Company phone or reimbursement Pay: -$21 - $25/hr depending on experience and skills
