Senior Maintenance Tech- high skill set: Maintains buildings, building systems, common areas and other physical assets on the property.
Perform duties related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, dry wall pressure washing, Welding
Hours/ days: 7am-3pm with weekend availability.
This would be a morning role. 7-3PM days can vary based on need, but typically M-F.
