This is a direct hire position in the Knoxville area! Day shift hours! Great company environment!Property Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:Drywall/plaster repair and paintingChanging lights and/or fixturesLight plumbing repairs, replacements, installationHVAC- replacing air filters and light repairLight carpentry repairs and installationsMinor repair of electrical equipment Grounds maintenance and light landscaping including pool maintenance Ability to use a variety of tools Property Maintenance Technician qualifications:High school diploma or GEDA minimum of 1 year experience in property/ facilities maintenance or similar field Valid Driver's license and good driving recordAbility to lift and move up to 80 poundsAbility to use basic computer systems This position starts at $20/hour.
