The US needs to pay down Trump's massive federal deficit

The bill is due NOW. We can't kick it down the road and continue to pay interest on Trump's massive incompetence. We can start by passing legislation saying that no state can receive more in federal money than they put in. This would mean a huge cutback in money going to the grifter red states whose voters demand low taxes but want the federal government to pay for everything. Time for them to learn to be adults and get of the couch and go to work.
