Healthy Weight Matters is a weight loss program designed to empower participants with the knowledge to pursue healthy, sustainable weight loss. Through 14 sessions, over 5 months, you will learn valuable information to support your weight loss journey and overall health for years to come.
The class meets weekly for the first 8 weeks and then every other week for the remaining sessions. Topics covered will include balanced eating, individualized meal planning, mindful eating, sleep, stress reduction, and physical activity. Participants will challenge themselves each week to achieve a new personal goal. Sessions are led by a registered dietitian. Two sessions will involve collaboration with physical therapy for exercise guidance. We will have two individual check-ins to focus on your unique needs and progress.
